カイとリクは、ハノイの街で不発弾により左足を失った美しい少女・ムイに出会う。
その頃、リセで起きた過去のファントム事件の写真を分析するデヴィッドたちは、被害者が全て黒髪、東洋的な顔立ちであることから、小夜が計画的に誘い出された可能性があることに気づく。
沖縄・那覇の岡村写真館。有給を使ってベトナム行きの準備をする岡村は、戦場カメラマンだった父親の遺品から、ある写真を見つける・・・。
