学園では年に一度の舞踏会が開かれていた。会場のリセの食堂には正装の生徒とその親、招待客が集まるなか、小夜もミンに借りた ドレスで会場に現れる。
ダンスホールで小夜は一人の青年と出会う。名はソロモン。
ソロモンは小夜をダンスに連れ出す。
ダンスの曲がはじまる中、デヴィッドは青いバラに囲まれた地下へと続く入り口に辿りつく…。
