Episode Notes - EDIT EPISODE
FOX brought the show back because another FOX series, "Point Pleasant" wasn't doing too well in it's time-slot. FOX wanted a show that would be a winner in the 9:00pm/8:00pm time-slot.

The name of the episode is a spoof on the hit movie "The Perfect Storm". It also refers to two themes of this episode: the white squall that kills Kate, and also the storm that's been brewing between Tru and Jack.

Liz Vassey previously appeared in the short-lived Fox comedy "The Tick."

Cotter Smith and Liz Vassey are both credited as Special Guest Stars

It seems that Richard is attempting to recruit Harrison as his new heir, possibly to help Jack or, more morbid, replace him if he fails.

Season 2 premeire.

Also known as "Perfect Storm/Grace" in some listings for when the episode premiered on the same day as "Grace" on FOX.

Aired at a special time on FOX: 8pm ET as part of a two-hour season premiere.

This episode aired as a "Two Hour Preimere", as it was paired with "Grace" airing directly afterwards.

Updated opening credits including new footage from the second season episodes.

On its original 3/31/2005 airing this episode aired as a two-pilot "special event" along with "Grace."

Cotter Smith and Liz Vassey are listed as Special Guest Stars.

This episode aired four months after it was originally planned.

Liz Vassey and Cotter Smith are both listed as "Special Guest Stars".

Davis is smitten with Dr. Allen.

Original Ratings: this episode should air summer '05

The show got the axe before Season 2 started. Orginally Season 2 was going to start in November 2004, but FOX cut the episodes to 6 and said that Season 2 will start sometime in 2005

Quotes:
Jack's Note: Been There. Done That. - Jack
Tru's Note: Been There. Saved That. - Tru

Jack: Good people die, Tru. You know that as well as I.
Tru: You say you're not a murderer, what do you call what you're doing now?
Jack: My job.

Jack: Later, Tru – catch you on the rewind.

Davis: What's Jack up to?
Tru: Probably the shrimp appetizer – he took Kate to lunch.

How does Jack know who is he supposed to stop Tru from saving?
It's not like he is next to the body when it asks for help like Tru is.

When Dr. Allen shows Davis the inkplot, it is turned upside down the right side up again in succesive shots.
