Frasier eagerly anticipates a visit from Frederick, but is shocked when his son shows up sporting a new "goth" look (all black clothing with mascara). Frederick also ignores Frasier to spend all of his time with Andi, a girl from back home who is also visiting relatives in Seattle. Frasier experiences further distress when he does a television spot to promote tourism in Seattle, only to have Eddie made the focus of the ad. Meanwhile, Niles is upset to learn that he never went through a rebellious stage during his youth. He tries to remedy this by getting high off a marijuana-laced brownie made by Roz's neighbor. Unfortunately, Martin unwittingly eats the brownie.
