Richie and Eddie visit a fairground for a night of fun and frolics, as long as it doesn't cost Richie more than three quid!
They take a ride on the Ferris wheel and are still on it, at the very apex, when the fair closes down for the night. The fair is to be demolished the next day, can they find a way of getting down before the night is over?
