Not since the " 21 " scandal rocked the game show industry in the 1950s had America seen a moment like this: the host of the Pennsylvania Lottery Show announced the winning numbers of a $3.5 million ticket, numbers that were allegedly fixed. A reporter got the inside story from bookies and learned that the lottery show's host, along with the head of security, conspired to weigh the ping-pong balls used for the drawing to favor the winning numbers. Interwievees in the documentary include the former news director at the TV station and lead detectives from the investigation. In addition, Anything to Win delves into the illegal underground world of the numbers racket.
