ジョーとジュニアが街を歩いていると、不思議なおもちゃを配っている男が。スラグンというおもちゃで、頭につけると、思ったことを何でも叶えてくれるのだという。早速つける街の子供たち。はじめは、皆おもしろがっていたが、ふとしたことから子供たちがケンカを始めた。子供たちの思うままに暴れだしたスラグンのせいで街は大混乱に!!
