Gina finally takes to the air as a Flight Attendant, and learns about life in the skies the hard way. On the ground in Houston, another storm is taking place. Passenger George was spat at, on disembarking a flight home, and the police have been called to calm a crowd of disgusted passengers and apprehend the suspect. Over in Chicago, a large group of women are creating their own turbulence when they discover that there is not enough room to get them all home. Half of them are going to Omaha and the other half are heading back to Philly, but as things stand, someone's going to be left at the airport. Over at another gate, Ellen and John have been pulled off a flight on suspicion of intoxication. But once Kerry gets to the bottom of things, it might all be a mistake. And at BWI, Sue Lee has got her eye on a young soldier, who's been sick in the terminal. He wants to fly, but Sue Lee knows better.
