After the death of their respective sisters, Piper and Billie go their separate ways, both determined to get their families back together. Piper and Leo have an emotional reunion before she enlists Coop's help to travel back in time and change the events that led to the deaths of Phoebe and Paige. When the sisters are finally reunited, they all get a glimpse into what the future holds.

Pattie and Grams say the spell with Piper setting things right. Billie kills Christy. In the future, Piper opens a restaurant, has another kid, and a grandchild, Matthew. Phoebe marries Coop and they have three girls. Paige has two girls and a boy.

The end features photos of past and present times. Piper's granchild shuts the manor doors and a triquetre glows closing the episode and closing the series...
