Things are heating up on 8th and Ocean and it's not just the Miami sun. Sibling rivalry flares up once again when Kelly gets a call from the agency about an important casting. The agency asks her to pass on the information to Sabrina as well, however Kelly forgets to do so. Kelly arrives at the casting sister-less, and is asked why Sabrina is a no-show. Kelly shrugs. Confused by Sabrina's absence, the agency calls to ask her why she missed this casting and to come in to the office to discuss the situation.

A carefree Vinci is out shopping when he gets called about a casting for a fashion show later that evening. He is instructed to arrive on time; however, he shows up moments before the show is set to begin. Talesha asks him where he's been and he casually responds with that he's just been "doing his own thing." Vinci's unprofessional behavior continues backstage as his attitude frustrates the event producers and leaves him with only minutes to get dressed and hit the runway.

Once Irene Marie herself gets wind of Vinci's behavior backstage at the fashion show, she meets with Tino. Both at their wits end with their golden boy they decide Tino should try and have a talk with him. Later, Tino sits down with Vinci and tells him that he needs to shape up and that he doesn't want people to write him off as an unprofessional and stop booking him. Tino reminds him that he's the one that's always believed in him. Confused, Vinci responds that he doesn't really understand, he's never missed a booking -- much to Tino's disbelief. Vinci asks him if he should look for another agency. Is he bluffing? How much will the agency take?

When Sabrina reports to the agency she tells them that Kelly never told her about the casting she missed. The agency advises Sabrina to check in herself for castings if she doesn't trust her sister. Sabrina is quite upset that she's being perceived as irresponsible and she confronts Kelly about not passing on the casting information to her. The two argue and Kelly states, "I am not your booker or your mother." She merely forgot to tell Sabrina. Sabrina does not buy it nor does she understand her sister's behavior, and says, "yeah, but you're my sister."
