Woody (Jerry O'Connell) and Jordan (Jill Hennessy) desperately try to find a school bus full of children that is hijacked and then disappears. After locating the bus they have to use the forensic clues that were left behind to lead them to the missing kids but that turns out be harder then they first thought. Meanwhile, Dr. Kate Switzer (Brooke Smith) and Nigel (Steve Valentine) are stunned when they come across the dead body of "Santa" in the morgue. Also, Jordan's secret is finally revealed and everyone in the morgue is concerned for her health.
