J.D. (Zach Braff) and Turk (Donald Faison) try to forget that the Turk's new nanny is smoking hot, but when the pair holds a public screening of the footage from the nanny cam Carla (Judy Reyes) soon catches on. Elsewhere, Eliot (Sarah Chalke) and the Janitor (Neil Flynn) team up to cheer up a dying patient, but their actions cause Dr. Kelso (Ken Jenkins) to feel undermined. Meanwhile, Nurse Roberts (Aloma Wright) and Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley) debate whether or not "everything happens for a reason," but when a tragedy falls upon one of the Sacred Heart staff it's hard to continue the argument.
