デイダラの起爆粘土から里を守るため、チャクラを総動員して巨大な砂の盾を完成させる我愛羅。辛くも里を救うがその代償はあまりに大きかった。生じた隙から絶対防御を逆手に取られ、次々とデイダラの罠に絡め取られていく。絶望の戦況を覆す術はない。砂忍たちの応援も虚しく――遂に我愛羅は最後の力を里の為に使い、デイダラの手に落ちるのだった…。
