コムイより、ある街へイノセンスを探しに向かうように言われるアレンとリナリー。そこでは時間が巻き戻り、同じ日を何度もくり返すという奇怪現象が起きていた。その巻き戻しの街についたアレンたちは、早速イノセンスを探しはじめる。そこで、アクマに襲われていた女性、ミランダ・ロットーを助ける。彼女はこの街の異変に気付いている唯一の街人のようだが…。
