It's off to the seaside as Nigella Lawson cooks more recipes that keep the taste of summer as the weather turns to autumn.
On a visit to Whitsable with family and friends Nigella is prepared to leave the comforts of her own kitchen for a little, and while the recipes are simple to prepare, the flavours are complex and draw on influences from around the world.
First the children are roped in to help prepare Ricotta Hotcakes with strawberries and syrup for a lazy breakfast. Later in the day it's time for White Chocolate And Passionfruit Mousse and a White Lady, made with lemon juice, cointreau and gin. Finally therešs Keralan Fish Curry, which draws on Southern Indian flavours for the perfect seaside supper.
