Dr. Grant and his team of surgeons are embarking on a complex “Domino” surgery, in which three married couples are donating their organs amongst each other in a six surgery process. Making an ultimate personal sacrifice, Mary decides that she must do her part to ensure that the surgery is a success. Trying to prove he belongs, Simon’s behavior continues to interfere with the relationships formed at the hospital. Teria, Dr. Jonas’ wife, arrives proving all is not as it seems between them. And Dr. Jacobs continues to have more severe complications, leading his wife and Dr. Grant to push harder for him to get a much-needed transplant.
