Eddie witnesses a shooting of another gang member by a fellow officer, but when internal affairs investigates, Eddie isn't sure how to handle. Meanwhile, Lizzie gets another letter from Boa begging her to come visit him in jail, but when she does, Lizzie gets in over her head trying to help. And, when Cassie learns that Charles left home and is living in his car, she goes to him in hopes that he'll finally reveal why he hates his step-father so much. But, will Charles be able to handle having his painful secret revealed?
