Piper's (Camille Guaty) skills are put to the test when the editor of Concierge magazine comes to evaluate her for the "Concierge of The Year" award. With the unusual and difficult tasks that she is given, she enlists her fellow staffers for help. Meanwhile, Danny (Josh Duhamel) and Mike (James Lesure) decide to play in a 2 on 2-basketball competition where the stakes become more then they anticipated.
