Dr. Kelso (Ken Jenkins) signs Sacred Heart up for RateYourDoctor.org, a website where patients can evaluate and score their doctors, in hopes that is will lead to better patient care. However while in pursuit of the number one spot Turk (Donald Faison) and Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley) play dirty to take J.D. (Zach Braff) out of the running. Meanwhile, Eliot (Sarah Chalke) struggles with ethics when one of her terminal patients reveals that she intentionally overdosed on medication. Elsewhere, Carla (Judy Reyes) can't figure out what the Janitor's (Neil Flynn) new girlfriend could possibly see in him.
