The candidates head off to the country to represent two farms who produce ice-cream. The teams have to invent and make exciting new Ice cream flavours to launch into the London market.

But it's orders that will win the day, and the two teams must convince the bars, restaurants and cinemas of the capital to stock their new flavours. It's a pressurised situation which leads to cracks appearing in both teams and revelations in the boardroom. In the end, one of them will face Sir Alan's finger and the words 'You're Fired!'
