It's half way through the competition and its time for the candidates' creativity to be put to the test.

Their challenge is to come up with a brand new occasion for a range of greetings cards. They're based in one of the country's top greetings card companies, but the ideas and design of the cards is down to them.

Will they find a gap in this saturated market? And will their ideas be commercial? At the end of the day, the teams must pitch their cards to three of the country's leading greetings cards retailers. Whoever gets the most orders will win the task. And on the losing team - someone will get fired.
