The three finalists are faced with their toughest challenges yet. First they must cook breakfast for a group of Officer Cadets from Sandhurst, fresh from a 10 day field training exercise, whilst in the midst of a dawn attack. Then it's off to some of London's best restaurants to fine tune their individual cooking styles before returning to the studio to show judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace exactly what they've learnt.
