When three members of a notorious Korean gang escape while in transit to an LA prison, Connie and his team must drop everything to capture them. The brutal escapees cut a swath of mayhem and violence across the city and the Fugitive Task Force must stage an elaborate ruse in an attempt to trap the gang’s leader.
