Adrianna (Jessica Lowndes) reveals her pregnancy to the baby's father and is shocked by his parents' handling of the situation. Naomi (AnnaLynne McCord) stands by Adrianna's side while they devise a plan to break the pregnancy news to Adrianna's mother, Constance (guest star Maeve Quinlan, "The Bold and the Beautiful").
