Kitchen Confidential (2005) - 1x08 - Teddy Takes Off

Food and Wine magazine writes a favorable review of one of the Nolita meals that Jack invented, but Teddy makes. Jack decides to take credit for the meal, making Teddy storm out of the kitchen in protest. Jack decides he has had enough of Teddy's hot temper and replaces him with a gay chef called Chet, who the staff hates and decide to torture in various ways in an effort to get Teddy back.

Teddy, finding out he has been replaced, takes a job at another restaurant, where he is propositioned by two girls wanting a threesome, and decides that he likes the job.

Meanwhile, Nolita is flooded with guests wanting the fish meal, and Jack soon discovers he does not know how to make it, and realizes he has to get Teddy back.
