While on training, Kelso steals the police cruiser, only to have it stolen from him by Hyde and an enraged Fez. Fez considers it revenge for Kelso letting his pet frog get run over by 17 wheels of an 18 wheeler.
Meanwhile, Red tells Eric he considers him a failure which drives Eric to an unsuccessful attempt to fix the water pipes.
Jackie and Donna also have a load on their hands with a little girl Jackie is training to be just like herself.
