Plot Outline
The Doctor and Rose, with Jackie in tow, finally cross paths with Torchwood, an elite government organization designed to defend against alien invasion. Meanwhile, the ghosts of the dead are returning to their loved ones across every corner of the planet, and the mysterious, and terrifying purpose of a silver sphere held within Torchwood is about to be realized.
