Nick Potter leaves a private firm to join the chaos of the New York District Attorney's Office, which is headed by the new bureau chief, Alexandra Cabot, and are in the process of prosecuting a drug dealer. Soon, the Assistant D.A.'s are shocked to find out that a member of their team is gunned down and it turns out one of them might be the culprit.
