Britt and Sabrina sit around discussing the future. Sabrina is clear what hers entails: more traveling and modeling with sister Kelly. Ah, the best laid plans... Meanwhile, Kelly's immediate future isn't looking so rosy. She goes on a casting for Tecate beer and seems very discouraged to see how buxom the competition is.
Adrian brings Sean some good news: he's got an audition for Passions! Sean is quite happy to help his buddy prepare.
Kelly's deflating Tecate experience causes her to make a decision. It's time to get that breast enhancement she's been thinking about. She tells Irene, who just wants to make sure she knows what she's getting into. After all, once she has the work done, she and her sister won't exactly be identical. That's fine with Kelly, who says she thinks Sabrina should become more independent anyway. Convinced that Kelly has thought things through, Irene agrees to make an appointment for her with one of the best plastic surgeons in town.
Adrian goes for his audition with the full support of Sean, who teases him and tells him he better cut him 10% of his earnings. Um, that's just a joke, right Sean?
Kelly gets Sabrina and Irene together so they can all talk about her decision for a breast augmentation. Sabrina is not happy whatsoever and feels that she is being left behind. She confesses she is not ready to grow apart. Sabrina talks to Tracie later and tells her that she feels like she's having a "quarter-life crisis" because of all she's dealing with now. She feels that her and Kelly are splitting apart and does not like it.
Irene sees Adrian's audition tape and is blown away by how well he has done. And you thought he was just another pretty face, Irene? Allee the head of the TV and Film division calls Adrian to tell him how much both she and Irene loved his audition tape.
Irene also goes with Kelly and Sabrina to the plastic surgeon for a consultation. After the appointment Kelly tells them that she is 98-99% ready to make this big decision. Which makes Sabrina feel even more isolated.
