螢一と共に猫実工大にやってきたベルダンディー。その「あまりにも麗しい」容姿の彼女に、群がってくる男たち。
そんな折、「学園の女王」と呼ばれ、ライバル意識を燃やす沙夜子と、ベルダンディーのせいで自分の受講生が減ってしまった大沢教授の二人は、結託してベルダンディーを大学から追い出そうと策略する。
しかし、その策略は自動車部のみんなの協力で、何とか阻止する事に成功。しかし、沙夜子は諦めず螢一を誘惑しようとするが・・・。
Belldandy enters Keiichi's school and get everybody's attention.
This does not please Sayoko Mishima, who tries to steal Keiichi from her.
