ある朝、森里家の家計は危機に陥った。つまりは「お金がない」のだ。
そんな時、森里家に来たのが螢一の妹、恵だった。恵は４月から大学に通うため、アパート探しに来たという。
そして赤貧にあえぐ蛍一達は、恵から「実家の新鮮な食料」を提供してもらい、代わりにアパート探しを協力する事に。
しかし、無茶な条件ばかり言う恵に、蛍一は困惑するばかり。
それでも、なんとか見つかった物件は、料金・環境は良心的なれど＜いわく付き＞の部屋で、ベルダンディーはそこに＜なにか＞がいると察知する。
それは、地脈に杭を打たれ、力を失った「地霊」だった。
