かつては学園の女王として絶大な人気を誇っていた沙夜子ではあったが、気がつけばその栄光も過去となり、「ミス猫実工大コンテスト」でも優勝はベルダンディー、準優勝すら、いきなり乱入してきたウルドへ「かっさらわれる」という屈辱にまみれる始末・・・。
荒れまくった挙げ句、酔いつぶれていた沙夜子であったが、足元がフラつき歩道から車道へ踏み外す所を、たまたま通りかかったベルダンディーに、法術で助けられる。
「ベルダンディーには絶対、なにかヒミツがあるに違いないわ！」過去の様々ないきさつからも、改めてベルダンディーを怪しむ沙夜子は、リベンジをねらう青嶋と結託して、様々な策を労する。しかし、今回はウルドも絡んで計画はことごとく頓挫するばかり。
業を煮やした沙夜子は螢一を地下スタジオに連れ込み、彼からベルダンディーの秘密を暴こうとするが・・・・・。
Belldandy steals the Nekomi Institute of Technology Miss Queen title from Sayoko, and she starts having doubts about Belldandy's real identity. In order to discover who she really is, Sayoko sets up some traps and even kidnaps Keiichi.
