進入部員勧誘に精を出す螢一たち自動車部。しかし、部員は一向に集まる気配は無い。実は、青嶋が立ち上げた「四輪部」に、部員はほとんど横取りされていたのだ。
四輪部の当てつけに抗議する自動車部であったが、青嶋の挑発によって「負けた部は解散」という条件のもと、「大学対抗ラリー」での対決を受けてしまう。
「自動車を愛し、古いものを大切にしてきた皆さんが、負けるはずがありません」
ベルダンディーの力強い言葉を信じ、ラリー参加に向けてバイトとマシン開発に明け暮れる自動車部一同。
そしてラリー当日、ついにマシンは完成し、螢一とベルダンディーを乗せて、決戦の火蓋は切って落とされる・・・！。
In order to steal Belldandy from Keiichi, Aoshima challenge the Motor Club to race against the Four Wheels Club in a rally.
Of course he sets up all kind of tricks to win the course, but he forgets to consider the winning spirit of Belldandy, Keiichi and the others.
