異常発生した「バグ」によって、その日の森里家は朝から大パニック・・！。
そこへ事態修復の為、ユグドラシルからやってきたのは３人目の女神・スクルドだった
開口一番、彼女は螢一に言い放つ。「あなたの無茶な願いのせいで、お姉さまの心が不安定になってバグが発生してるの！すぐ契約を解除して、お姉さまを天上界へ返してちょうだい！」
途方にくれる螢一ではあったが・・・実はそれはベルダンディーに戻って来てほしいスクルドの狂言だった。
ウルドにその事を見抜かれ、しぶしぶ「バグ取りマシーン」を発動させるスクルド。
しかし、ウルドの些細なトラブルが原因で「バグ取りマシーン」は大爆発してしまう。
今度こそ本当に「打つ手」が無くなってしまったスクルド達。
大量発生したバグの影響で、街ではパニックが広がるばかり・・・。
そして、自分の心の不安定さが、バグ発生の原因と感じたベルダンデイーは、ついに天上界への帰還を決意する。
Yggdrasil, Heaven's control system, has become unstable due to an invasion of bugs. Skuld, Belldandy's little sister, goes to Earth to make her return to Heaven since her unstable heart is the cause of all the problems.
But the bugs invasion reaches Earth, and Skuld, Urd, Belldandy and Keiichi must do something before anything bad happens.
