Katharine Sise shows how she constructs 1920’s-inspired, multi-layered necklaces – a technique now making a ferocious comeback. And in a final segment, noted designer Victoria Tillotson demonstrates her technique for making hammered jewelry on a budget with a few simple supplies and still produce a stunning piece that would be difficult to distinguish from a pro’s work.
