You may recognize Jamie Kennedy from TV and movies, but now he has plans to become a rapper. Yeah, that's right, a rapper. Stu Stone is the Jazzy Jeff to Jamie's Fresh Prince, but Stu can also spit some nice rhymes. So far people don't take their rap career choice seriously, but they don't care: Stu and Jamie are out to prove that they are gonna blow up!
While rolling in Jamie's Hummer, Jamie and Stu rap their rendition of Salt 'N Pepa's "Shoop." The mood dampens when Stu argues that Jamie's agents are blocking their rap career by booking Jamie in movies like Son of the Mask. Jamie argues that he can act and rap.
At the meeting with his agents, Jamie asks what everyone thinks about his rap career. The agents sit in silence because they don't take it seriously. In defense of Jamie, Stu chimes in, yelling that his agents are bringing Jamie bad movies, so he should rap. The offended agents leave the room.
Back in the Hummer, Jamie rips into Stu for ticking off his agents. Stu says, "It's me and you against the world!" He persuades Jamie to take a chance because he can return to do movies anytime. Jamie calms down and they break out into another rap session in the Hummer: "Knuckle up son, knuckle-knuckle up!"
It's time to get a record deal, but Stu arranged the first meeting with a real estate agent. Jamie questions how a real estate agent can help them get a deal. Later they see Joe Simpson. While they agree that he makes pretty offspring, Jamie and Stu know Joe Simpson is not known for hip-hop. Finally they meet with rapper Method Man who kicks out a little advice, "Do a joint with a dope ass rapper." So they ask Method about his availability. He just laughs.
Jamie's attempts to contact credible rappers fail. Instead he's able to get former Full House star Bob Saget. Bob lays down the track, then they drive down Sunset Boulevard in the Hummer singing the song that they recorded, "Rollin' with Saget." Who you rollin' with? Bob Saget! |
