As the Donnelly family learns Sean's condition, Jimmy impatiently sits in a holding cell. Tommy and Kevin have to accept what they did as they visit Sean. Overwhelmed, Tommy confides in Jenny Reilly, his longtime childhood friend, which ultimately leads to more than friendship. The brothers tie up Jimmy's loose ends by disposing the body and paying back the mob. Meanwhile, Nicky Cottero seizes control of the Italian mob while the murder investigation begins.
