Elliot (Sarah Chalke) and Keith (Travis Schuldt) stay busy in the bedroom, while J.D. (Zach Braff) and Turk (Donald Faison) resort to childish mischief and Carla (Judy Reyes) finds comfort from an unlikely source. Meanwhile, Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley) and Jordan (Christa Miller) are welcoming a new life into the world and an enamored J.D. lobbies to be named the baby's Godfather.
