Tommy, being the so-called new head of the neighborhood, is guilted into helping a woman evict drug dealers from her building, only to feel scammed when he finds out she may be one herself. Jimmy continues in his attempts to take over the neighborhood and stoops to an all-time low when he demands payment from Jenny and her father. Nicky Cottero finds out that Kevin and the Donnellys are behind Louie Downtown's disappearance.
