Sergeants Kevin "Condor" Shepherd and Sean "Woody" Howitt head out to capture a murder suspect on Detroit's Most Wanted list. The killer's been at large for a couple of years, and when the officers finally get word as to his whereabouts they know they'll have to strike fast.
