It's a tense moment for Officer Terigi Rossi and Sr. Corporal Rich Emberlin when they are called out to capture a bank robbery suspect they think has barricaded himself inside a garage. After several hours of attempted negotiations, it becomes apparent that SWAT will have to search the attic for the perpetrator. Terigi is also called in to run a narcotics search warrant, but when he catches the suspect destroying evidence can he stop him in time? Even with a non-stop schedule of crime fighting, Rich helps Terigi train for another kind of standoff--this one in the boxing ring.
