A dead body sends the detectives into the world of deep sea treasure hunters. When the body of a diver washes up on shore, Robert Goren (Vincent D'Onofrio) and Alexandra Eames (Kathryn Erbe) clash with the FBI over possible terrorist connections, then track the murderer into the high-stakes world of deep sea treasure hunters.
