Linda Storaekre can't part with her children's belongings, but now she need to remove all the stuff so her daughter Kristi can have a room when she returns home from college. Linda, her other daughter Kari and interior designer Adrian Wyess clean up and redesign the stuffed room in preparation for Kristi's return. Meanwhile life coach Mark Edgar Stephens helps Linda and Kari work through personal issues in order to redefine their parent/child relationship.
