The seven remaining candidates are put to the test in a professional recording studio, where they soon start criticising each other's performances in the knowledge that just one wrong note could see them sent out of the competition for good. When they are instructed to compose a piece of music to accompany a one-minute film, they all need a confidence boost from Matthew Barley.
