The final four cheerleaders see just how far they've come at cheer camp when they take the physical fitness test one last time. They must then summon all of the determination they can for a challenge where each of them hangs above a mud pit wearing weighted vests representing how much weight they've lost. Emotions run high when the last woman hanging learns she receives a new wardrobe for her new body.
