Though Katie (Leah Pipes) is having second thoughts over her break-up with Oliver (Calvin Goldspink), she has volunteered as the school liaison with loveLife, a group that supports HIV-positive teens in South Africa. Katie befriends the counselor of the group, Ayanda (guest star Tema Sebopedi), and is surprised to learn details about her background. Jesse (Andrew St. John) is confronted by Emily (Tiffany Mulheron) after he is spotted spending extra special time with Mbali (Precious Kofi). When a "green guide" inspector visits the Blue Antelope, tensions rise among Jo (Stephanie Niznik), Danny (D.W. Moffet) and Art (David Butler) when its revealed that Art's practices are not up to eco-friendly standards.
