2008-03-17 03:21:26 | 3.) Why do you think he's not dead? The Jin we see in the "off island scenes" is the Jin from the past, fresh married to Sun (2 month) working for her dad. The other "off island scenes" with Sun are not in the same time, they are flash forwards. The two are syncronized to make us think that they belong to the same time, in the future. But the end reveals that we were mistaken and that Jin is dead, probably saving Sun's and her baby's life (He says that he'll do anything to protect her). We also understand why she's saying Jin's name before collapsing.
But tell me why you think Jin's alive, I would be more than happy if you were right!  | | mark_one

2008-03-17 06:05:10 | 4.) @alinew: i agree, that's exactly what i think. in my oppinion it was a bit mean to mislead us because everyone thought, jin is on his way to see sun and his own baby in the hospital.
nevertheless it was a great episode again and i still love it.
