The Fugitive Task Force races against the clock to apprehend a psychotic child killer after he escapes from a mental hospital and abducts another victim. As Connie and the team go after the killer, Jimmy McGloin is haunted by an event from his past that could compromise the investigation. When his daughter goes missing, Connie faces a nightmare of his own.
