When poker champion Robert goes to Las Vegas to try for a $1-milion prize, he finds that some of his competitors are on the flight too. At BWI, passenger Helen is distraught because she's missed her flight and won't make it to an important business meeting. It's so important that Helen fears she might lose her job and have to pull her daughter out of college. And in Houston, a family heads to Disney World with their daughter, Beatrice. It's Beatrice's first trip and probably her last since she has a terminal illness.
