Katie's GP is calling with bad news: She has lump in her breast, and she's going to have to have tests in the hospital. The day after, Katie goes there with her daughter Sarah. When she is through with the tests, she walks right into the dying reality show "Post-Op!", that is airing live from the hospital. The sad Katie does what every person in her status is left to do: she tells a couple of jokes. The production is fascinated by her charisma.
